The past couple of days the Executive Team has been busy passing out invites to the new members. Jasen was able to confirm that we will be attending the Ref Expo & Education event (AKA Telsa Event) on November 14th, 2014. Sydney also confirmed that the team is able to participate in the Fort Lauderdale show this year. We hope to see you guys at both events!
We are partnering up with Telsa to do an event that showcases Solar Knight III and the new Telsa. This week Jasen and Kirsten will work on setting up the event and clearing as a school board field trip. Sydney will be working on contacting Elliot Wachman from Regal Show Services to see if we can participate in this years Ft. Lauderdale Auto Show.
This week we accomplished everything we needed to do and more! We created a calandar and updated it will all of our upcoming events. It is visible for anyone to see on our Solar Knight's website. Also the executive memebers and the solar captains (Matt and Dylan) decided that this year we are going to make new club invitations! Jasen and Sydney have already started working on them. Looks like this year is going to be awesome!
It's the first week of school, but we are right back to business. First order of business is getting all the executives and captains organized. This week the executive team plans to create a engineering calandar to inform all the members of the club about events and important dates. We also plan on figuring out how our team meetings are going to be run this year.
