Santa is coming to town!
We still haven't started our FERM powerpoint because we have been super busy doing other things. Sydney finished the letter for the dignitaries, and the rest of the team has been busy doing there own tasks. Jasens was put in charge of teaching the new people the website and will start on Monday. Jasen and Jack worked on SKIII by taking the wheels off to get the tires off. We also submitted an application to participate in the Plantation Holiday Parade. We are waiting on Matt still to contact Zach from Telsa.

Got a ride in the Telsa!
Wow! What a great week we had. Sydney finished our ICC club constitution. With the help of the Solar Co-Captain Dylan, Jasen finished the new members list. On Wednesday we had a great meeting with Telsa about helping us out this year. We also got to ride in his personal Telsa! The only thing that we didn't accomplish this week is fixing the iPad because it won't corporate.

Come on in Tesla!
For the upcoming week, we are working hard to prepare for Tesla on Wednesday. They are coming to talk to us about an upcoming event (Recycling Energy Forum at FIU on April 24th, 2015). Also, we are working on completing our ICC club constitution, and compiling the new member information. If we have extra time (which usually doesn't happen) we will start preparing a presentation for the FERM Event.

Breaking The Ice!
It's Fantastic Friday! Last week we sent out new member applications to incoming freshman and people interested in joining the Engineering club. Monday we accomplished the task of going to the ICC meeting. On Wednesday we had an "ice breaker" for the new members.
We got pricing on plaques for our sponsor thank you's from EDCO Awards. Also each member started on writing their personal thank you letters.

Listen Up!
It's the Monday after the big dignitary event. To help regroup the team, Sydney listed all the things the team needs to get done this week, along with what we need to buy. This week the Executive Team plans on attending the ICC meeting, get an agenda made for the new member meeting, and make sure that the thank you letters and plaques get started and hopefully finished.
